Chain of Ownership of the land situated at Situated at Sub-Registry Office- Keranigonj, Mouza: Dholashor Dag No. 182/325

Itappears from the copy of the Heba Deed No. 5434 dated 12.09.93 that the landmeasuring an area of 61 decimals out of 85 decimals in C.S. & S.A Dag No.182/325 within District. Dhaka, P.S and Sub-Registry Office. Keranigonj, formerJ.L No. 449, S.A. J.L No. 114, Mouza. Doleswar, bearing C.S Khatian No. 6, S.AKhatian No. 13, was owned by Serajunnesa Bibi by way of purchase vide Deed of SaleNo.4223 dated 22.08.1925.

Thereafter, the said Serajunnesa had diedleaving behind her son Dulal Khan and the name of Dulal Khan was recorded inS.A. Khatian.

Thereafter, the said Dulal Khan had diedleaving behind his wife Gol Bahar, three sons namely Matbar, Abdul Jolil, AbdulOdud and three daughters namely Fathma, Johura Khatun, Solama Khatun AndThereafter, The Said Gol Bahar, Matbar,  AbdulJolil,Fathma, Johura Khatun, Solama Khatun became the owners of the said land.

That thereafter, thesaid Gol Bahar, Matbar, Johura Khatun, Solama Khatun, And Abdul Jolil (Minor),Abdul Odud (Minor), Fathma (Minor), represented by their mother as guardian ofthem had sold the land measuring an area of 61 decimals in C.S. & S.A Dag No. 182/325,  to Habibur Rahman, vide registered Deed ofSale No. 11756 dated 13.08.69.

That thereafter, thesaid Hamidur Rahman, had gifted the land measuring an area of 61 decimals in C.S. & S.A Dag No. 182/325,formerbearing C.S Khatian No. 6  to Eva Hakikia,vide Bel-Ewaz Heba Deed No.29004 dated 06.10.1977.

Thereafter, the saidEva Hakikia had sold the said the land measuring an area of 61 decimals in C.S. & S.A Dag No. 182/325, bearingC.S Khatian No. 6  to MD. Nosrul Hamid & Entekhabul Hamid,vide registered Deed of Sale No.1547 dated 09.02.1986.

Thereafter, Abdul Odud, Abdul Jolil &Fathma had executed a Deed of No Objection about the said property which was purchaseby Nosrul Hamid & Entekhabul Hamid vide Deed No. 2789 dated 11.05.1988.

That, the said NosrulHamid & Entekhabul Hamid had sold the land measuring an area of 45 decimalsout of 61 decimals inC.S. & S.A Dag No. 182/325,former bearing C.S Khatian No. 6, Mutation caseNo. 1678/85-86 toAl-Haj Abdul Awal vide registered Deed of Sale No.2790 dated 11.05.1988.

That thereafter, thesaid Nosrul Hamid & Entekhabul Hamid son of Al-Haj Hamidur Rahman, had giftedthe land measuring an area of 16 decimalsin C.S. & S.A Dag No. 182/325, former bearing C.S Khatian No. 6, Mutationcase No. 1678/85-86to Doleswar Ideal School, videHeba Deed No.2791 dated 11.05.1988.



That after, TITAS GASthe measuring an area of acquires 17 decimal out of 61 decimal by the L.A. CaseNo. 18/84-85, C.S. Dag No.325 within District: Dhaka, P.S. & Sub RegistryOffice: Keranigon, Mouza:Doleswar.The said land damages money paid on the 17.06.89. The said damages received bythe Nosrul Hamid & Entekhabul Hamid.

That thereafter, thesaid Al-Haj Md. Abdul Awal, son of Al-Haj Abdul Mannan, had made a gift of theland measuring an area of 45 decimalsin C.S. & S.A Dag No. 182/325, former bearing C.S Khatian No. 6,S.A Dag No.13 to Doleswar Abdul Mannan Ideal College, vide HebaDeed No.5434 dated 13.09.199
